These lightweight and high-strength torque wrenches can replace conventional pipe wrenches. When pipe wrenches are used for construction of threaded pipes, the tightening torque depends on the senses of the construction workers. Insufficient torque may occur due to the age of the construction workers or lack of skills, resulting in a gas leak. The newly developed torque wrenches enable any construction worker to perform tightening at an appropriate torque without depending on their senses.
Features
Good workability
The weight is equivalent to that of a general pipe wrench. The design is compact.
The size can be distinguished by the head color.
The grooved tooth profile makes it possible to check the usage (tightening) marks of the torque wrench.
Dedicated sheath pipe
We have a lineup of dedicated sheath pipes (common for all diameters) to achieve easy attachment and removal and installation stability.
Durability in an on-site environment
The strength is equivalent to that of standard pipe wrenches (tightening, drop impact).
The durability is equivalent to 10 years of usage.
The design prevents ingress of water into the torque detection mechanism in the event of a sudden weather change.
Easy inspection method
We have a lineup of torque wrench checkers that enable construction workers to conduct inspections easily.

Usage example
The torque wrenches are used for threaded pipes of 50A or more, particularly at locations where torque management is required, and for the training of new and young staff members.
