“Shuttle Lining Construction Method” for Rehabilitation and Repair of Service Pipes

Overview

A lining pig is driven by air pressure through the lining agent injected into the piping. A uniform lining film is formed inside a pipe.

Purpose

The shuttle lining construction method forms a lining film of epoxy resin on the inner surface of existing gas piping to prevent leakage from joints and leakage caused by corrosion.This construction method conforms to the evaluation standard of the “rehabilitation and repair construction method,” which is specified in the “guidelines on measures against corrosion of service pipes” and “guidelines on measures for maintenance of district mains” established by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.。

Features
