We recommend replacing the gas valve whose knob is too tight with a fuse valve, which is easy to operate without a knob. We recommend you to study the possibility of replacing the gas valve because it can be replaced with simple construction work.
If an appliance shut-off valve does not turn, it may require repair or replacement.
Forcible operation may damage the gas appliance shut-off valve and lead to a gas leak.
We offer various types in addition to the replacement examples below. For details about the types of gas valves and replacement costs, click/tap the link below.

Different types of gas meters are available depending on the consumption by customers. If the safety device is frequently activated, the capacity of the gas meter may be small compared to the consumption.
We will visit your home to conduct a survey. Call the Gas Pipeline Helpline (Mon.–Sat.: 9:00 to 19:00; Sun. and holidays: 9:00 to 17:00) to apply.
The gas cord can be removed by pressing the operation button near the gas socket (the lid of the socket may function as a button in some cases) or by operating the lever.
Forcibly pulling or applying force to the gas cord may damage an appliance or cause a gas leak. If you are not sure about the operation method, call the Gas Pipeline Helpline (Mon.–Sat.: 9:00 to 19:00; Sun. and holidays: 9:00 to 17:00).
An alarm goes off when the gas concentration exceeds a certain level. To stop the alarm, follow the steps below for ventilation and lower the gas concentration.
